The Mid-Weight Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and managing digital and print designs to support our marketing initiatives. The role includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, mockups, landing pages, and photo editing. The primary objective is to produce visually compelling designs that captivate and attract our target audience.


The key responsibilities of the Graphic Designer include working closely with copywriters and the creative director to produce polished final designs. You will test graphics on different media and social platforms, making changes based on feedback. Additionally, you will design attractive and brand-aligned landing pages. Good copywriting skills are essential in this role as they will allow you to create engaging content with your visuals.


Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UX, or a related design and arts field is preferred.
• 5-6 years of proven graphic design experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations and other graphic work.
• Expertise in design software and technologies, including InDesign, Adobe XD, Figma, Elementor, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, creating web forms, and Drag & Drop builders.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, marketing automation, workflows, design systems, user experience, and design thinking.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• This is an office-based position in the Woodmead branch.
