As a Marketing Operations Manager for Tarsus on Demand, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of marketing strategies, optimising marketing operations, and driving the performance of multi-channel campaigns. As a collaborative leader with excellent organisational skills, you will leverage your expertise to enhance our marketing effectiveness and support business growth.

You will report to the Head of Demand Generation and oversee a talented team of marketing professionals, including a Digital Creative Lead, Copywriter, Social Media & PR Specialist, Mid-weight Graphic Designer, Campaign Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and Administration Intern.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing operations role, preferably within the technology sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team of marketing professionals.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and marketing automation.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, with strong project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.

• This is an office-based position in the Woodmead Branch.
