Are you passionate about cloud adoption, partner enablement, and customer service?

If you are a naturally customer-focused sales professional, driven by your desire to influence and enable predominantly Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners at various stages in their Cloud adoption journey, then this is the role for you.

As a Partner Success Manager you will be focussed on driving growth through the various stages, you will look to become the trusted advisor to these partners, who will buy into your vision of using the cloud to further develop their business and solve problems for their end customers. Your key focus is partner-centricity which includes mapping out the journey that the partner will take to achieve their digital transformation and Cloud adoption objectives.

Responsibilities are and are not limited to:  propelling solution sales within your partner base, enabling and maintaining strategic partner relationships through in-person engagements, managing CRM and pipeline, and proactive strategic partner engagements.   • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management – Advantageous
  • Microsoft and other cloud vendor solution sales training certificates – Advantageous
  • Relevant courses undertaken and completed, to further career/personal development – Advantageous
  • 2-4 years of Account/Channel management, with C-level partners/customers
  • Knowledge and experience in solutions-oriented selling
  • Good track record in achieving financial and non-financial targets.
  • Demonstrated experience building new business plans
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining strategic partner relationships
  • Good understanding of the ICT industry and ability to keep up with Technology and Industry developments.
  • Project management understanding and experience – Advantageous
  • Reliable transport
  • This is an office-based position in the Cape Town branch
