As a Product Architect for Microsoft, you will lead technical solutioning for Microsoft Modern Workplace products on behalf of Tarsus on Demand (TOD). Your skill and expertise will ensure that TOD is acknowledged as the preferred and market-leading centre of excellence for Microsoft knowledge, understanding, and deployment.

You will increase the number and profitability of active customers purchasing from TOD by harnessing the power of the Cloud and digital transformation for clients and resellers as you deliver security, productivity, collaboration, and communication benefits to them. You will harness the opportunities of tailored service offerings for clients while also supporting pre- and post-sales teams, 2nd line support, and product teams to serve internal and external customers.

Requirements:

• Grade 12, or equivalent
• Tertiary qualification preferred.
• Microsoft 365 certified (MS-900 or above).
• Demonstrable experience working in and with Modern Workplace
• 3+ years’ experience in a Solutions Engineering role, ideally within a Cloud environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions
• Proven track record in business solution development
• Cloud-based product solutioning experience essential.
• Solid understanding of Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365) and trends and evolution
• Advanced Excel skills
• Highly numerate and analytical
• Reliable transport
• This is an office-based position in the Woodmead Branch.
