As a Microsoft Program Manager for Tarsus On Demand, you will oversee and coordinate multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with our broader business goals and objectives. This role is specialised in technology marketing, project and program management, with a deep knowledge of Microsoft ecosystems.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain a program roadmap that outlines the program’s goals, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
    Align program objectives with organisational strategy and goals, with a specific focus on Microsoft-related projects.
  • Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, project managers, team members, and Microsoft representatives.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and aligned on program objectives and progress.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary resources, such as personnel, budget, and technology.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor risks throughout the program lifecycle and adjust plans as needed.
  • Track and report on the progress of projects within the program.
  • Use metrics and KPIs to measure program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage changes in program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Ensure that changes are communicated and implemented effectively across all projects.
  • Lead and motivate a team of product marketing managers and collaborate with other teams in TOD to achieve program objectives.
  • Develop and manage the program budget.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure that the program stays within budget.
  • Ensure that the deliverables of the program meet the required quality standards.
  • Implement processes for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that the program adheres to relevant regulations, standards, and organisational policies.
  • Establish governance frameworks to oversee program activities.
    Microsoft-Specific Responsibilities:
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including programs like MS Co Op, rebates and incentives and Surestep, to drive program success.
  • Work closely with the Sales team and Technical/Product team to understand the market and build sustainable, differentiating offerings.
  • Ensure the TOD team is adequately certified and constantly upskilling to deliver superior service.
  • Maintain and improve designation compliance and design programs to enable partner base compliance:


You are:

  • A relational leader, who can foster and maintain multiple stakeholder relationships.
  • A passionate tech enthusiast possessing Microsoft experience: Experience working with MS Co OP and Surestep programs is a key requirement.
  • Have an understanding of the Microsoft product suite including Modern Workplace, Azure, Business Apps, CoPilot, and the like.
  • A technology professional adept at crafting programmatic campaigns that drive ROI.
  • A collaborative problem-solver who can work across multiple teams internally and externally.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial aptitude; not afraid of new challenges.
  • A continuous learner and self-developer: Microsoft accreditations and certifications are an added advantage.


Experience, Qualifications, Skills, and Other Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification preferable; a diploma in Project Management, Marketing, Business Studies, or related fields is ideal.
  • 3+ years in strategic project and/or program management with experience in Microsoft operations and programs.
  • Demonstrable success in creating and driving successful digital go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at a C-suite level.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capability.
  • Experience in working on customer journey mapping, UX, and personas.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for achievement.
  • Microsoft accreditations and certifications are an added advantage.
  • Own reliable transport.


This is an office-based position in the Woodmead branch.
